You're wanting to get healthy and be swimsuit sexy? Well I would recommend that you start out with a basic walking program. So today go for a 15 minute walk, don't worry about how fast just do it. It is the first day towards creating a healthy habit, that will extend and improve your quality of life.
 
Enjoy the sights and sounds of your surroundings. Unplug from everything for those 15 minutes and start a habit of this daily. I guarantee you'll love the outcome.
